Trending @Infosys; Pre approval wfh not visible

Hi, I am not able to view the work from home pre-approval option in Infy portal. Kindly suggest what steps I should take

Yesterday even i could not see and raised an AHD, reply came that there was a global issue for this option and they resolved it. I could then see on thr infyme web. On mobile app, still could not see.
