You can nominate for both.
If you're interested in pure coding - go for PP (9.5L)
If you're interested in domain / functional stuff- go for ACON (7.5L)

ACON is best for learning not only technical staff but also for handling and facing clients directly, consulting clients directly.
IMO, I would choose ACON even it is less pay, because ACON gives you long term advantage.
