Hi,
I joined Infosys in May 2022 as Associate Consultant (JL4) and since then working as PMO. When it's almost been 3 Yrs and I haven't received any promotion. Is there any criteria which I am failing for promotion eligibility. Also, I am searching for new jobs, applying rigorously but not getting any calls. Should I switch my career stream from PMO?
Also increase your DQ score , if you know the right skill tag ,check within your unit , skill tags has monetary benefits like quarterly incentives the amount is more than the increment. Explore skill tag in L& C and skill tags with category as niche or premium will get you benefits .

Since then you didn’t received a progression within 3 years ? ie. Senior associate consultant? If yes , then ask manager for the same . Or else apply for IJP and check for bridge program .
Overall idea is , each level has a hierarchy say level 4 has 4b and 4a , if you have current designation of associate consultant i.e 4b so even though you apply or get a opportunity you will have to 1st get progressed to 4a then to level 5 . In short 1 year for progression and then after than level 5 . In this case IJP and bridge can help , also check accelerate task to switch .. Mostly here career movements are with manager recommendation..
I got progression within one year ~ Mar 2023.
One you complete 2 years you are eligible for next level of promotion but if that doesn’t happen your manager can recommend you but slots also need to be available he can push for you
I guess slots open quarterly. But then also if the Manager is not at all interested in recommending names.
