Hey I am in JL 3 , And I met all the criteria and was eligible to enter the platinum club.. today everyone got confirmation mail..but I didn't... Can anyone tell me why I didn't get the mail ?

Last two appraisal should be commendable + outstanding and dp should be in 1% and i think jl4 and above then unit manager should nominate you
