Then its high chaces that they dont retain you. Is your resignation accepted in the portal by manager and DM?

Normally they approve it within the last 30 days. My SM had put papers 3 times now and retracted it after getting onsite

Try to search new jobs 3 months time is very long company don't wait this much long. So think again if you take back your resignation
