I didn't go to attend pip. Now they terminated me. Will I get my three months salary?
Dude that doesn't make up for anything.... You can be IIM grad and still be jobless... You should have attended the meeting and see how low they can go ,enjoy it and take lessons to never stoop that low
Most likely no. As it’s insubordination. You didn’t attend meetings set up your manager and hr. They would mentioned that in email after you didn’t attend. But do let other know what happened so that the learn their lesson. My advice it was a very bad decision on your front. You should attend PIp hear what they have to say ask for PIp goals , ask for a day or to two to decide and put on email the meetings minutes. Not attending PIp meetings will not solve anything.

Ok!! So you have backup. But good chance you won’t get 3 months salary and might get a termination letter . But hope I am wrong. Whatever happens Do post it here for other benefit . But still I would say why attend and take 4 months salary.
Have they provided you Relieving or Experience letter.
Have you received any termination letter from infosys or if you are still an employee here.
