I have the same situation but didn’t had the meeting yet.

But one of my friend had this meeting, he chose to resign cause they were saying if PIP not cleared they will terminate and get termination letter. And also they goals were something impossible to achieve.

NI rating all getting pip irrespective of bench or in project

I was on the bench for 90 days and got a Met Expectations rating last cycle. Will I be put on PIP or asked to clear any certification?

I had resign during PIP period my relieving letter is normal Letter

If you're resigning before completing probation period then as per OL you'll have to pay compensation charges (upto 1L).

Y they put u in pip ? What was ur rating in last cycle ?
