Can anyone throw light on what kind of tasks are assigned in PIP. #Urgent Help
I could say like I was a part of PIP 6 month back. Since my domain was Java so I got course related with java, spring boot and Microservice. There was 8 courses from lex and that need to be completed within 60 days .
Most critical things is there is hand-on certification related with your domain for duration three hours or more .
For certification you would have one changes in online mode with video proctoring monitoring and it can be reattempted in every 15 days in your respective DC .
For attempting in online you have to wait for 90 days.
Along with that you will have create capstone project for your respective courses.
Note:- capstone project are poc programs that you need to show it to your manager and reviewer and they will might ask you to send that projects and screenshot of the output.
One suggestions related to certification like go for mock certification multiple times until you get the idea to resolve that otherwise you will waste your online mode change and you have to go to DC for that certification exam.

I would suggest you to take this PIP. Advantage is like your all skills got polished and you would be different at the end to 2 months.
Let the Fate decide what is coming for you but atleast you better skills set at the end you will also get selected at the opportunity in and out .
Even I’m also trying to find it out but no clues. mostly are saying that tasks are impossible that you choose to resign instead. And we are from STG too , so god know what’s gonna happen
