I was put in PIP due to NI rating ( again unnecessary i was given) . It is for 2 months, one month is completed, icount it was showing scheduling review meeting for one month but no one has contacted me so far.

Dude, you have to schedule a call. Manager won’t care shit. In PIP, it up to you who has to take all the initiatives. - Please see I am some on who just cleared PIP 2 days back!
