I got NI rating in the last cycle. Got communication from the manager that shall I want to take pip or resignation. I was informed that I will take resignation option. Manager off boarded me from the project and put me on bench. I haven't got any communication from HR yet. I am not getting any clear roadmap regarding the process. When will I get communication from HR any idea?
Enjoy the free salary while it lasts . And keep giving interviews. Once you get a job you can push HR for release. They will happily oblige
Will they give me immediate release without serving notice period if I will get any other job and put resignation on separation portal
They themselves will do all the work if not done by you. So don’t worry, keep giving interviews and enjoy free salary without any workload. Just pick up the calls from HR.
You will be asked to resign immediately. You can negotiate couple of weeks. But not more. Anyways you have time till they set up the HR call.
They have put you on bench , so you have to go to office daily right , not in hybrid mode ?
