Hello Infocians,

I received PIP mail last week. I want to go with 5 months pay with immediate release. But HR has not contacted me yet.

What happens if I don’t clear PIP . My manager said clear SDET certification/skill tag . Which is impossible for me and I definitely fail. I am also not interested

I learned one tool and they are not hiring people with that skill hence am on bench after my contract ended with the client.

I’m looking for jobs outside and they are looking for immediate joiners.

So my question is how do i get immediate release with 5 months severance pay?
