Trending @Infosys; PIP issue what need to discuss

Hello all

I got the NI RATING in the last cycle and I have been removed from the project and I have joined in another project through promotional IJP and due to low rating they didn't gave the promotion but I got the project Everything is going fine and I was performing good Now they called me and setting a call that you will be in PIP for 2 months like that

What I need to discuss frnd and is there any option like buyout I hered from some people like they are giving 5 months salary and early relase

Any suggestions guys
