Folks in the PIP, do we get any compensation for the unserved notice period. If we got kicked out of the company. I have been project for 3 years, due to client pressure despite being same performance from all my team they nominated me into PIP. Though I am giving out the expected results. I am pretty confident that they will kick me out. I just want to know the information regarding the employee compensation post PIP.
