Hi I got a call from manager for pip, I forgot to ask himwhenis it starting, does anyone have any idea ?

Same here bro…got PIP due to NI in previous project. Your HR and manager will schedule a call soon and will tell you more details. After that your manager will set up 4-5 goals including 2-3 courses/certifications in iCount. Once that is done you will have to accept the PIP goals in iCount if you want to proceed with PIP or you can choose to resign with 5 month severance pay. If you choose to continue with PIP, It will be of 60 days with the first review after 30 days and second after completion of 60 days. If you fail you will be terminated (that’s what HR told me). If you pass you can continue in the organisation.

See they have added me in new team... That team didn't help me even 10%, I was not even having proper access for 6 months them they removed me in December and gave NI
