Guys I have been assigned 5 certification by manager as a part of ongoing PIP where can i find these certifications? Can anyone share me the exact path to find it??

You may receive pip initiation email in that path is given or go to icount and you will be able to see certification and in lex will get related course for that certifications.

5!! So he wants you fail PIp. 3 is minimum. You should have negotiated. You will find it in Lex. The goal itself will have the Lex link/name
