Iwill be going on maternity leave within 2 months. I got an NI rating last quarter. Last month, my manager messaged me for a PIP. Later, he said he was checking with HR to see if it was necessary. Let's see how she decides after he doesn't come back. Are there any suggestions?

I also got the NI rating last quarter and got a mail regarding PIP but no one has contacted me till now regarding it. Currently I'm aligned to a project and working.Want to know if any one got any info regarding PIP tasks from HR or manager and how they are proceeding with it

They are adding 3 task in icount......in my case there are 4 certification (2 in each section) with 25% weightage and third task is to participate and win an ai.hackathon with 50% weightage.

Can we get the bonus in this quarter if we got NI rating or the entire year we won't get any bonus?

Forcefully putting people on PIP and then forcing them to resign is a strategy to block their quarterly bonuses and cost cutting.
