I am on pip completed my 1st month review manager is positive and he is saying don't wry you will out of pip and he gave positive feedback for first month review. Second month review was about to happen and I am bit worried about my job will they retain me ?

Because of my project manager, I got NI rating after that I changed the project here manager is good and he is positive with my performance.
