I have been moved to PIP, is it necessary to report to the office 3 days every week even if i clear the goals(certifications) Will they remove me from PIP or not
Depends on your manager. Has he kept that as one of the goals. If I were in your place I will come all 5 days. If you have decided to stay with infy then sole goal should be to clear pip and not count your wfh days
I want to stay with infy. My question was if i clear PIP will they check for the attendance also like whether im doing wfh or wfo because i have child and no one is there to look after her when i go to office and i can do wfh and do offline certification as well
Yes they will. 10 days per month is the policy. I think they give some exception post ML for 6 months. I am assuming you are well beyond that. Please utilize day cares nearby infy. Spend 4 hours and go back home.
