Trending @Infosys; Performance ratings

I have received a “Meets Expectations” rating, signed it off, and the status is now showing as Approved and Frozen. Is this the final rating, or is there still a possibility of it being changed to NI/UP? I heard that managers were instructed to assign NI ratings to some employees. Could this impact my rating even after sign-off? Managers, please help clarify this.
