I joined infy in jan, its been 4 months i haven't received any performance pay yet.Usually when do they give it? P.S : I m allocated to a production project(not on bench. )

For Jan-March quarter, Performance Pay is paid in May salary.

likewise, Performance pay of each quarter is paid in the 2nd month of next quarter.
