Yes you will get. Company won’t fire you for being on bench. But if you are not clearning your interviews and being too picky choosy in your project they may start putting pressure on your after 3-4 months. If you are on probation and have 3 refusals/rejections they will ask you to leave. If you are confirmed employee then not much to worry about. But linger you are in bench the more negative impact it has in your rating and eventually on bonus / hike / promotions rxt
