I have seen people talking about performance bonuses, what is it? and who all are eligible for that ? I have 2.5 years experience (joined as a fresher ) in infy but haven't got that.

They named variable pay as performance bonus, it is a part of your CTC only, once you reach JL4 it is paid quarterly based on your performance and unit performance

My variable pay is 1.5 lakhs and I joined in December .. have got two times bonus right now once 20k and now 15k , it days 0.0 % of my performance bonus .. explain me this
