I need to understand about the performance bonus calculation that happens for every quarter. How it’s done, because my colleagues is from same unit and same project as got 70% whereas I received only 58%. And for both the rating is also same - “Commendable”

No he is JL5 and I’m JL6

Yes. As our role will increase performance bonus will be reduced. Ideally it is agreed that infy need to give more than 50% performance bonus for all employees.

Performance Bonus is higher also at higher JL levels . So if JL4 is getting 70 % is similar to 50% at JL5. In terms of Amount

TDS is deductible at Quarterly basis . The month you will PB ,TDS will be deducted accordingly
