Will I get performance bonus if I’m moved out of PIP? My manager has given me the lowest rating and upon checking he confessed saying it was forceful. And because of lowest rating, I was placed in PIP.

No performance bonus for the whole year you got NI rating. Forced means manager is forced to give NI rating to X number of folks and he will give it to comparatively lowest performer in team or the person he least likes. But he will have some justification to provide else can be challenged at the time rating was given not now.
