U mean the variable pay ? If yes, then almost everyone have received it. Regarding the hike, just attended a townhall now where they mentioned that last two ratings have been considered for the hike. If your performance was good then yes you should get it by next month

Depends on your rating and unit profit

So JL 3 people won’t receive any performance bonus as they are not getting any variable pay
