What percentage of performance bonus can we expect at infy. On average, how much do employees get. Is it based out of any rating ? What are your thoughts on this ?

60-65% for met expectations,but that depends on unit performance also.If unit performance is good ,you can expect 80-85% also.But yes depends on both your your performance and unit performance.High performers get difference of 5% more
