I joined as a lateral(JL4) in Infy on march and I am currently under my 6 months probation. Unit - EAIS received 70% as PB. wanted to know how the calculation is done for us , who has not received any ratings yet.
Do JL3 also get performance bonus?
By default the rating during probation is Met expectations. Only if you have performed exceptionally well it would be Commendable or Outstanding. The VP is dependent on first the company 's performance, then the unit's performance and lastly your individual performance. For eg of the company has done well , and your unit's average payout is 65 percent then the final will be 65 + your individual rating
Just random... U r luck you got 70%... This is first time I have got more than 70 i last 2 years..amount is decided by the management.and unit performance. And rest is ini mini myni mo by the manager.
