This is something which you get every quarter. Normally jl4 and above. It is a part of your salary as variable component. Assuming you have a salary of 1 lac pm in which 70 is fixed and 30 is variable. You will get 70 every month and every quarter based on your rating and your units performance, you may get 110 to 0 percent for e. G. Outstanding - 110 commendable - 90 met expectations 65, below 0 So outstanding will get an arrear of 30 *1.1 *3 = 99 thousand after a quarter.. Above is just an illustration without any deduction
