Trending @Infosys; Percentage for commandable and outstanding

1.What would be the percentage if someone got commendable and outstanding 2. Infosys planning for any hike ? When will it be happen?.When will I expect hike letter? 3. If some one got commendable or outstanding then will he/she will be elligible for job level change from 4 to 5 4.what would be the % for promotion ?

Commendable might get you around 9-15%, outstanding could be 15-22%. It's not set in stone though.
Hike letters usually come around November or January, but don't hold your breath.
Commendable or outstanding helps, but doesn't guarantee a level jump.
Promotion hikes are usually 12-18%, but it varies a lot.

We receive this year rating hike will be on that or last year ratings?

No percentage of any rating. Its firstly depends upon yiur current ctc and level. Then compny budget. Also percentage decrease when your level increase
