They just keep cribbing about it rather they should be thankful that they are getting paid for nothing. No company likes people on the bench and they try hard to deploy them on projects asap. If you are on the bench and unhappy, upskill resign and move don't keep cribbing. Dude you are taking a part of the salary of those (on projects) who are working their ass out, day in and day out.
