Trending @Infosys; Payslip Download

Heyy Folks I am trying to download payslip from infy me app , and it's showing up two options cloud or phone For either of the options I am not able to find where it's getting downloaded. If anyone is aware please help Thanks!!!

Does your phone have a Work profile? If yes, go to Playstore in the work profile download a File Manager/ Files/ MyFiles app that it is available from the list. Once downloaded, open File Manager and go to Downloads folder. It should show your downloaded files from Office apps in work profile. - This is to locate the file that you have downloaded to phone.
