Trending @Infosys; Pay restructuring after retention for rebadged Danske IT employees?

I am a rebadged employee from Danske IT, where we had 10% variable component instead of standard 20%. If I put down paper and Infy retains then would my pay structure get changed to 20% variable component or any other change in structure generally?

If your salary restructured as per infy salary structure then variable would be as per infy job level

Jl4 -10% Jl5 -15% Jl6-20%

Don’t worry infy will not retain you 🤣 you are already paid 50-60% more resource of your experince and job level

Danske paystructure bond has only 2 years . Seems like it is already over . You will be considered as infy employee.
