Trending @Infosys; Password reset sucks

Every 3 months when I change my password it doesn't get reflected immediately in laptop and I need to use my old password for couple of weeks. And what sucks more is my old and new password doesn't work on phone and I can't open infyme, teams or outlook on phone and it's super annoying. Is it the same for everyone or am I doing something wrong ?

How do you change your password by connecting to VPN or without VPN

Without connect to VPN. so that's what creating the issue ?

If you change your password without being connected to VPN, then your password is not synced with the AD server, then you should change your password only when you are connected to VPN. And after changing, lock the window and unlock it with the new password so that the new password can be synchronized.

Most likely while changing password you are not connected to infosys LAN or vpn or zcaler.

You can follow the steps provided in email reminder for password change, preferably use option 2 , when not connected to intranet(zscaler), this is redirect to a website for password reset then connect to zscaler and ctrl+l (log off) then sign in again. Your password are synced.
