Hi folks,
I have been applying for jobs via LinkedIn, I applied in one of the Startups and they called for interview then they gave a project to complete which I did. Now they are asking if I can be on a 2 weeks trial period and according to that they will evaluate me and then after 2 weeks I can continue as full time or part time. What you guys suggest, should I join there full time. But I won't be leaving my current company. Is it even possible?
Juggling two jobs can be tricky, especially if your current company has strict policies. Make sure you can handle both without burning out.
I can try for part time, but they are not deducting any pf or anything, so I am thinking of asking them to transfer in another account.
No! I think trial period is itself a red flag .. try getting another offer .
