Trending @Infosys; Overshadowed by my team mate who makes it a point to get involved in every issue related to project so as to increase his visibility!
Even if i work, it gets noticed nowhere. And cherry on the top being he is available 24*7! This frustrates me.
Do not bother about these people. (They are spread all over in Infosys )Understand their weakness and play your part upholding them in calls. Focus on your work all the time not people! Best wishes

I myself have experienced. I was part of the transition and run the whole show single handedly. One fine day a small escalation came in my name and the onsite person replaced me with someone whom he liked and held the bucket in no time. My manager is aware of these spoilt brats but couldn't do much as client side people are more valued. This happens everywhere and it's part and parcel of your time. Sad to see that even the hr here won't be involved in any such matters!
No need to work 24*7 to get noticed. Infosys won't pay for the extra hours. Just be consistent with your work.
Don't discuss you work with him, if anything tell him we will discuss in call directly... Start talking in the meeting specially using words like as I had worked on this part..
My friend, its like he wants visibility, if im asked to do something, he repeats it even if i have done that task😂
