Trending @Infosys; Outstanding rating

How many people under one manager can get this rating. I thought that only one person gets outstanding but found out that more than one person in my team has gotten outstanding rating

Depends.. I have given 2 outstanding and 3 comandable for a team of 16 members.
But max you can say 2-3 OS and 3-4 commendable.

Rating wise they can give but promotion wise it seems like only some from a level will get

Rating helps with the hike right. So it's is useful in some ways. I never asked y I didn't get os rating as I thought it can be given only to one person and I know there are people in my team who deserve it than me. This time I need to ask what I need to do to get os

Ratings are distributed within the team, with only a certain percentage allowed to receive an outstanding rating. Both I and one other team member received it last year and this year.
