Trending @Infosys; 'Outstanding' as Rating

Hi Friends, I got 'Outstanding' as rating in the latest appraisals. The client also gave a rating of 'Exceeded All Expectations'. I am a JL5 who was hired as FTE in March 2023, earlier I was working as a Subcon. Can I expect a hike this year? If yes, how much? Thanks in Advance!

My experience: Joined in March'22 as permanent employee, before that 9 month of Subcon. Did not get single rupee hike till now.

More to add, got Outstanding rating in my last project after 3 months of probation and later they gave another rating as met expectations just because i changed the project. 😊
