It was written in the offer letter that we will not be allowed to join any of the competitors like TCS, Accenture etc. Now if someone has got an offer from any one of them, how do we deal with it. Anyone been through such a situation. Would really appreciate some opinion.

You can't join when you are on probation period
After probation period you can join

Means after joining and completing 6 months probation then we can join any of the the competitors then it wont lead to any legal formalities??
