Trending @Infosys; Onsite Trap or genuine

Hey folks,

Selected in H1b this time. But i have received an offer from Optum with 32LPA Current ctc at Infy is 15LPA. Is it better to switch the job now or can we keep any hopes on on-site opportunity.

You have to consider the purchase power parity in your case here we can buy more for less but there you need more for more and seeing how the conditions are there you have think about how much saving you can do and do not waste money so that you can send back still you get to travel and meet new people while in India for 32 lakhs there is tax bracket and other things like place and city to consider make a note of all the variables and then decide

Its a trap dont fall for it. I was selected last year still waiting and there are other resources at infy whom i know were selected 2 years ago and still here

You don't have an onsite exposure? Do you know that you have a project avenue for USA. If both the answers are yes, then wait for onsite else leave

Nah. This is my first experience with H1b.
Was in a confused state due to the management pampering.
