I would prefer Onsite if it is fixed that I travel within 3 months for a good country. Onsite salary might be low but the exposure you gain will be an advantage.

Depends on your years of experience. Early on would prefer on-site. Past 8-10 years would prefer hikes but 25% too low. Atleast 40%
