Depends on project and manager willingness to send one to onsite, mostly heard if one has dependency within the project and that person has resigned then onsite onsite opportunity is offered to employee 🙃🥂

You should have dependence and visibility not only to clients but to your managers as well...

Atleast 5 years. Then a lot of factors have to be going for you beyond your hard work and intelligence and skill set for you get one
