I got an opportunity for onsite in Canada Should I accept it ? What is the change in salary? How' the overall atmosphere in canada.i have 4 yr experience.

Funny that people just jump in if one person talks about on-site opportunity. On-site opportunities are not advertised in infosys for interested people to apply. It’s a combination of luck and being at right place at right time. The easiest way to go onshore is from your existing project itself. Where looking at your work and contribution the client or senior managers want you at on-site. Second way is you keeping pestering your manager and DM and when some opportunity comes their way they consider you. But this is difficult as there will be lot of competition. Third have a skillset which is in demand. Lastly spend enough time in infosys and with a client that when they say you want to on-site they can’t refuse use as they might lose you
