Trending @Infosys; Only Sadness on GV

After seeing multiple posts on GV regarding increment and promotion. How hopeless we are, having families, needs, plans, everything is on stake. People like me who earn 20k looking for 2k hike Who earing 35k looking for 3-4k and soo on... And all this we are working longs hours missing family time, no outing like a cage for this.

Most hurt when I'm not getting any skills in company Time to navigate..

Bhai, I understand your pain. Best part is u should move now. As u said no skills in company so best things would be to move on so that u get other opportunities, salary.

With good salary atleast u or me or anyone can be happy 😊. Stay positive do not be sad at all.

Saale ye nhi dege toh koi aur dege paisa. Loyalty ek myth h so move on.
