Trending @Infosys; One question on retention

Hi friends, I am currently holding a h1b visa since last year but still haven’t been onsite. Right now i am not seeing any possibility of infosys sending me to onsite. What are the chances that infosys will try to retain me if i put my papers.

You mean will they give you immediate on-site if you resign. Depends on whether your managers span even has an immediate US opportunity. Before resigning why don’t you reach out US accounts DM beyond span of current PM/DM and check if there are any opps. Also check US based IJp maybe you will find something there.
