My manager asked if I am interested in an H-1B visa. However, I have only 1 year of experience in Infosys and a total of 1.5 years overall.
What are the chances that they will sponsor my H-1B?
Haven’t seen 1.5 yr experience candidate being registered for H1B cap off late. Hope your manager is making some true sense?
It’s purely scam don’t believe it, it’s just a trap to retain you from looking other options

As per my knowledge only JL 5 and 4 are eligible. Last year some of the applications selected in lottery and GI team not processed further. Check with your manager if your H1B selected, will GI team process it? Lastly ..H1b really scam in infy to lure the talents for retention!!
