Trending @Infosys; On bench should I resign ?

I joined 2 month back. I got the project and was allocated to one of the client account. For 1 month there was no communication and then I was told due to some issue they will release me. No I’m on bench again giving interviews . The technical internal interview I pass them easily with existing knowledge but the client interviews feels like more difficult than required. Failed in 3 of them in last 2 weeks. Asking me Boyer Moore algo. Going too deep in AWS. When requirement is of python dev.

One has to prepare thoroughly to clear them. If that’s the case if I have to prepare then I would like to prepare for external companies too.

How much is the notice period on bench? How to tackle this situation?

Honestly yes!! The kind of client interviews we have today most people feel it’s better to join client like organisations who pay higher. Unfortunately most client are filled with the best people from services company like infosy. Their expectancy is higher. It they don’t realise one fundamental problem folks with that much expertise would not be in infosys at the low billing they give.
