Trending @Infosys; On bench due to IJP

Currently, i got released from a project and was onboarding to a new project but I got selected for IJP for different unit and reporting day to that unit is 8th April. During the time I was on some project code but my manager cannot put me in new project just for feb and march so today he put me on bench.

What needs to be done here.

As per my knowledge, once you are selected for an IJP you have to serve 60 days NP in current project, so that your manager finds your replacement. But, now your project itself got over, reach out to new Unit HR and also ask your manager to release you early
