I have a query it has been 3 months without project ( i joined as a lateral employee). I am receiving some calls asking me whether I am ready to work on rotational shifts and whether I am ready to reskill. I told I am not willing too. Total of two people called on the following weeks. Will it cause any problem or any suggestions here. I belong to EAIS unit
