Trending @Infosys; Office time in Infosys ?
I will be joining infy in April.
1st - For lateral joiners ( 6 months probation period ) what is the time to go to the office and for how many hours we need to stay ?
2nd - After 6 months What will be the office timings? And how many hours do we need to stay in the office ?
3rd - WFH / WFO how many days in a month ?
Pls help me with this. Thank you guys :)
Wether you are in probation or not.. wfo hours doesnot change. Have to be in office for 9.15 hrs. As of now WFH 10 days for a month

No bro I am in TCS, having 2.8yrs of exp. I know the timings of my organisation. As I go to the office at 3 pm and come back at 5pm or 6pm and after no work I do. Because most of my daily tasks I have automated. I join only Major incident calls.
As I don't know much about infy. So that's why I am asking. Hope it helps. Also if you know you can share your suggestions 🙂
- Doesn’t not matter your status. Generally there is no fixed timing in infosys unless your are in BPo/ shift: prod support type projects. You can come and and go anytime after spending 3.5 hours. But also depends on whether your broader team and your manager sits near you. So you have to observe what team is doing and follow it. 2 doesn’t change anything after confirmation 3 mostly it’s 10 days wfo per month. But some units 3 days wfh per week
