I resigned after getting a good offer. As of today My offer letter has been rescinded. I have 20 days left before my last working day at Infosys.
Can I withdraw my resignation considering my replacement has been hired ? If withdrawn is there any cool off period before I can resign again ?
Which company revoked your offer letter? unless there is a strong reason like BGV fail they can't revoke it

There is no cool off period and you can put in your resignation anytime . But be ready for snarky comments, also it does not help if your replacement has been hired already . Or possibly his offer letter may be rescinded
Yes, you can withdraw your resignation. No cooling-off period is required. However, do it soon and have a good reason ready. Your manager's approval is crucial.
